Amaro, bubbles &… a cherry on top!

The dolce vita is served

Imagine yourself at a sea-view table, at a amaro hour, the dreaded card game, chatting about the summer adventures ahead, while the linen tablecloth floats softly in the wind.

Riding a teal Graziella with the crumpled Gourmode Gazette under your arm, its pages dusty with sand and salt.

Memories of childhood holidays rhythmed to the sound of pasta with “vongole veraci”, dives into crystal-clear waters, frozen cherries and rivers of bubbles.

It is a midsummer night’s dream sipped in a sparkling, feminine cocktail that Gourmode and Mr. Dee Still served you in vintage cups the other night in Milan, dreaming of dancing barefoot on a beach to the funky notes of By Balza deejay.

A fresh atmosphere, accompanied by green olives, salted almonds and crunchy peanuts symbolising the real 7 pm aperò o’clock and delicious tasting of carbs by Exit Pastificio Urbano, an exception to the rule that delighted the most refined palates, to the sound of clinking forks and fat laughs.

Guest of honour for the evening?

Amaro 7 Parti by Cipriani Drinks, an intense and surprising amaro born in the heart of the Venetian Lagoon, in Torcello Island, one of the most characteristic of the Venetian Lagoon, the birthplace of the Violetti Cipriani artichoke. Its leaves left to infuse according to a complex and secret method, are the main ingredient along with other plants and herbs of the Mediterranean scrub.

The anecdote? Nothing is wasted and the precious artichoke hearts are used to make the exquisite dishes of the Cipriani restaurants.

How best to wish for a holiday experienced with the Made in Italy style if not through Amaro 7 Parti of Cipriani Drinks?

The dedication to this collaboration is a cocktail symbol of Italian Buongusto with our unfailing cherry on top!

The recipe is both simple and sophisticated:

Amaro Cipriani 7 Parti e Prosecco

  • 1/2 Cup of Amaro
  • 1 Cup of Prosecco
  • Soda or sparkling water to fill
  • Amarena cherry for garnish

Mr. Dee Still tips

For an on-point tasting, we recommend keeping the glass and products in the fridge to serve the drink at the right temperature, chilled, savouring it sip by sip.
